L.Hensley Design, LLC. provides a mindful & creative approach to creating Teaming Solutions, along with Professional Project Management to address the functional objectives of the Goals for the Project at hand.  The goal is always to create a fluid, flexible Planning Process which enables a Collaborative and responsive environment where all the elements & details will be complimentary, whether Interior or Exterior - Part or Whole.  Having worked with a variety of AEC Firms, National & Global Corporate Teams / Corporations enduring Mergers, Federal Agencies; direct Corporate Board Managers, Advocacy Groups, or Property Owners ~ I am passionate about producing sustainable, creative solutions that combine big picture, team thinking w/detailed & efficient planning efforts ~ via Teaming Solutions through the Use of Holistic & Trauma Informed Approaches, which are led by the Minority Owner's desire to assist Team Members to Understand Each Other.

 

As a long established & diverse Design Professional ~ I aim to create sustainably balanced solutions for Teaming Entities via Coaching the creation of Solutions, through understanding the "Interior Architecture" of humans.
